Who are we?
Formed in 2024, Haringey Early Years Alliance of Schools (HEYSA) was created through two nursery schools in Tottenham, coming together, recognising the value of working together to improve the early education and care that can provide for the children in our community.
Our schools are located geographically close to each one another in North and South Tottenham. Our children’s centre work with families prior to a child’s birth and then until a child’s fifth birthday when they have already transitioned to primary schools. Our schools offer full day care from 9 months until children enter primary school. Families can access their free entitlements, more information can be found about this on the admission pages of our school’s websites.
Our Governance is made up mainly of local people, with a wide variety of skillsets and backgrounds. They recognise their moral and legal responsibility to guide the Alliance with integrity and aspiration. We are keen to work with other schools, recognising the exciting opportunities that are possible when working closely together. We work closely with Pembury House Nursery School to deliver training for Early Years teachers and practitioners across Haringey and beyond.
Our visions and values are unique to being an alliance of nursery schools putting the children at the heart of everything we do.
